This is one of those cars that really needs to be seen to be fully understood. It is a car that we would never consider restoring, it is original. 1936 Fiat 1500 6C (six cylinder) 1500cc. Wearing it's original paintwork from 1936, with original chrome. It is absolutely solid, with no holes or rust repairs visible. This car is Mille Miglia eligible and there is one that regularly 'competes' in the retrospective. It is beautifully built with quality engineering in all areas. The engine has been fully rebuilt recently in Germany and runs well. It is smooth and a great cruiser. One of the first cars to be styled in a wind tunnel, the 6C was groundbreaking, with wind up windows and and superior comfort. Lots of great details including traficators, air conditioning by way of mechanical flaps in the wings. Our car is even rarer in that it was specified with twin rear spare wheels. Even Tazio Nuvolari himself owned one!Included in the sale is a mechanical refresh, so will drive safely and can be used reliably. This is an unrepeatable opportunity. There isn't another that we know of on the roads in the UK. It cannot be restored, it must be used and enjoyed as it is.
