Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider Veloce

Full restoration of this Californian imported Veloce. Blasting of the shell has revealed previously hidden accident repair, poor quality brazing and rivetting of the front wings. Chassis damage will need repairing first, which involves removal of all outer front panels. We will be fabricating in-house panels for this one too.

Inner radiator shroud was out of place as were both upper chassis rails. As they had been welded in the wrong position, repair required removal of all supports and realigning and rewelding the chassis legs.

The front wings will be repaired in sections off the car, as will the front panel, they will then be seam welded back in the correct position to allow for correct bumper and eyebrow alignment.

The finished bodyshell is in it's original Alfa 501 red. Just completed. Approximately 400 hours have gone into this bodyshell.
